Damage and problems
Inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is not functioning properly, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, so we can address the problem and solve it.
Refunds
In case there are considerable problems with the received product and confirmation from us about a possible refund, it will be reflected in about 10 working days. In case there has been 15 working days since the refund approvement and you have not received anything please. contact us at support@tova.mx.
